Sittings are a student-only program at the Light Source Center. They are designed for students to have a deeper experience with energy and learn more about how to feel, understand and use energy to create more balance and love in their lives. Sittings are both in person and on Zoom.
Group meditations are held both in person and on Zoom six times a week for students. All group meditations are followed by an opportunity to share your meditation experience. The entire program lasts no longer than one hour. Group meditations are $45 for the entire month and students may attend as many as they wish.
