This is a healing meditation open to students. Group meditations are held both in person and on Zoom six times a week for students. All group meditations are followed by an opportunity to share your meditation experience. The entire program lasts no longer than one hour. Group meditations are $45 for the entire month and students may attend as many as they wish.
